Refunds in short

  • Full refund if you ask within 7 days of buying and fewer than 50 questions have been viewed on your account.
  • Viewing 50 questions uses the refund up, even inside the 7 days.
  • We review and approve refunds ourselves, so they are not automatic. An approved refund goes back to your card and ends access to the bank.

This does not affect your legal rights if the content is faulty or not as described.

  • Stripe handles your card; we never see it
  • Instant access after payment
  • One-off payment, no subscription
