If you are using past PAT papers as supplementary practice, focus on the multi-step problem-solving questions — those skills transfer well to the ESAT science papers.
Do not treat past PAT papers as a one-to-one substitute for ESAT preparation. The format and pacing differ; work the official ESAT specimen materials first.
